Our Comparison Methodology

Our comparisons are built on objective and reproducible criteria. Here is exactly how we evaluate each software tool.

1

Panel selection

We identify all market tools for the category, regardless of brand recognition or marketing budget.

2

Feature evaluation

Each tool is assessed on 30+ criteria: core features, integrations, UX, learning curve, API.

3

Pricing analysis

Prices verified directly on each vendor's website. List prices, commitment terms, hidden costs.

4

Review aggregation

We aggregate verified reviews from G2, Capterra, Trustpilot and the App Store for a balanced view.

5

Independent scoring

Each tool receives a score of 1–5 on each criterion. The final score is a weighted average.

6

Continuous updates

We update our comparisons at least every 6 months, or whenever a major change (pricing, feature) is detected.

Editorial independence

Our rankings are never influenced by commercial relationships. A tool with poor scores on our criteria will rank below a better-performing tool, without exception.

Vendors cannot request changes to their position in our rankings. However, they may flag factual errors (pricing, features), which we verify and correct if justified.
